Chapala Haciendas residents can use this form to ask a question regarding Fracc issues and procedures, or to submit a work request to the maintenance crew.
Our Administrator will check every morning when he arrives and again after returning from lunch. At those times, he will determine where to forward each request based on the appropriate person responsible.
Residents can view their request and it’s response on their Request Management page.
Please submit an individual request for each issue to allow each topic to be addressed by the correct party.
